The Resonance Skill’s Resonating Spin variant applies 2 stacks of Spectro Frazzle to enemies and also applies the Shimmer effect, preventing the stacks from decreasing over time. This allows Spectro Rover to maintain consistent stacks of Spectro Frazzle, which is particularly beneficial for leveraging buffs from specific Echoes and Echo sets.

Currently, only one Echo set and its corresponding Echo directly benefit from Elemental Effects, specifically tailored for Spectro Rover:
- Echo Set - Eternal Radiance: 2-piece set increases Spectro DMG by 10%. 5-piece set increases Crit. Rate by 20% for 15 seconds when inflicting enemies with Spectro Frazzle. Attacking enemies with 10 stacks of Spectro Frazzle grants a 15% Spectro DMG Bonus for 15 seconds.
- Echo - Nightmare: Mourning Aix: This Echo allows the Resonator to attack surrounding enemies, dealing 273.60% Spectro DMG. The damage dealt to enemies inflicted by Spectro Frazzle is increased by 100%. The Resonator equipped with this Echo gains a 12% Spectro DMG Bonus.
