Each bestiary in Fisch contains different fish, and some of them require certain conditions to be met to be caught. This guide will tell you how to catch the elusive Midnight Axolotl in Fisch.

Just like the regular Axolotl, this creature is a legendary catch in this Roblox fishing sim. Despite this, catching it is several times more difficult. Without exaggeration, it can be called one of the most difficult catches in the bestiary. Bu,t with the right equipment, you can handle it.

Where To Find The Midnight Axolotl In Fisch

Among all the Legendary fish, the Midnight Axolotl is one of the hardest to obtain. When catching it, you will have to fight a 70% progress speed debuff. In addition, players will have to spend time just getting to the fishing spot, as the Midnight Axolotl can only be found in the Desolate Deep.

This underwater location is too deep for every player to get there. So, only by purchasing Diving Gear can you get to Desolate Deep. For convenience, follow these steps:

  1. Purchase Diving Gear on Moosewood Island or in the Buoy behind Sunstone Island.
  2. Then, dive right under the buoy and dust to the bottom.
  3. There, you will find a whiteboard to the right of which there is a tunnel. Swim through it until you reach the Desolate Pocket, where the Midnight Axolotl lives in Fisch.

How To Catch Midnight Axolotl In Fisch

Once you know where to fish for the Midnight Axolotl, you'll need to prepare your angler gear in Fisch. This sea creature prefers Insects, so choose this bait to increase your chances of catching the Midnight Axolotl. The time of day is also important, as the Midnight Axolotl only spawns at night. Therefore, players should stock up on Sundial Totems.

Aside from the night, you'll also want to fish during the Spring or Autumn seasons. This will greatly increase your chances of success. However, this still doesn't solve the problem of the Midnight Axolotl's 70% progress speed debuff in Fisch.

A proper rod selection will help with this. Due to the Midnight Axolotl's low weight, you will only need to choose a tool with high Luck and Resilience stats, such as the Steady Rod.

An alternative is the Nocturnal Rod. Although it does not provide any bonus to Resilience, it will allow you to catch Midnight Axolotl regardless of the time of day in Fisch.
