Notable exceptions were the addition of Diablo to PC Game Pass and EA Sports UFC 5 for Ultimate subscribers. Although Microsoft hasn't officially announced the second wave of January 2025 Game Pass titles, at least one more game is confirmed.

Eternal Strands, an action-adventure game from Yellow Brick Games (led by BioWare veteran Mike Laidlaw), stands out with its Zelda-esque feel. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can access all these new January 2025 titles at no extra cost.
February 2025's Game Pass offerings currently appear sparse, with only Avowed (for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on February 18th) confirmed.
