Your pre-order bonuses become available after completing the game's tutorial and reaching your base camp. The tutorial is short, acting as an introductory cinematic experience.
Upon arriving at base camp, explore the facilities before starting your next quest. Find the Support Desk Palico NPC, Conut, and interact with them.
Select the "Claim Content" option from the menu. The game will verify your eligible items, allowing you to claim each one individually.
