Pokemon Sleep Encourages Restful Research on Good Sleep Day

Author : Andrew Mar 24,2025

If you're like me and find yourself tossing and turning more often than not, the "Good Sleep Day" event in Pokémon Sleep might just be the soothing solution you need. Scheduled once a month for three days, this event coincides with the full moon, offering a significant boost to Drowsy Power that helps you delve deeper into researching various Pokémon sleep styles. The event kicks off on March 13th and lasts until March 16th, affecting all areas and increasing the chance to encounter new sleep styles you haven't seen before.

On the night of the full moon, specifically Day 2 of the event, you'll enjoy a Drowsy Power multiplier of ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and a generous bonus of 1,000 sleep points. Days 1 and 3 are no slouch either, featuring Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and a bonus of 500 sleep points. This makes it an excellent opportunity to maximize your research progress.
