Pokémon TCG Pocket Celebrates Pokémon Day with New Expansion and Ranked Battles!

The recent Pokémon Day celebrations brought exciting news for Pokémon TCG Pocket, boasting over 100 million downloads globally. The mobile card game marked the occasion with the launch of its highly anticipated Triumphant Light expansion, following the Space-Time Smackdown set.

This new expansion features Arceus ex and introduces Link Abilities for the first time. These abilities allow specific Pokémon to synergize for enhanced power, marked by a special pattern reminiscent of physical TCG cards, similar to the Platinum – Arceus expansion.

To commemorate Pokémon Day, players can claim free booster packs until April 30th. Each pack guarantees at least one 4-star or higher rarity card, providing a significant boost to any deck. March will see the introduction of a highly requested ranked match feature. This competitive mode will allow players to test their decks against others and climb the leaderboard. Further details on the ranked mode will be revealed soon.
