Pokemon Center Hiroshima Relocation and Gyarados Plaza Launch

Pokemon Center Hiroshima is temporarily closing its doors at the end of March 2025 and will reopen at a new location in April 2025. Simultaneously, a new Gyarados Plaza is launching in March.

New Location for Pokemon Center Hiroshima

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water ParkThe store will move to the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station. Currently situated on the 6th floor of Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building, the store's relocation marks a significant change after its opening in June 2015.

Gyarados Plaza Opens at Hiroshima Station

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water ParkThe "Gyarados Plaza by Pokemon Center Hiroshima" will debut on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza, located within the new Hiroshima Station building, Minamoa. This playground features large Gyarados-themed play equipment, offering a fun experience for visitors of all ages. Initially, reservations will be required to use the playground equipment. Details will be available on the official Minamoa website.

Poke-lun TV Nationwide Event

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water ParkTo celebrate "Poke-lun TV" surpassing 1 million subscribers, a nationwide event is taking place at Pokemon Centers across Japan, including Hiroshima, before its closure. Fans can receive an exclusive sticker by obtaining a password from a specific Poke-lun TV YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024) and presenting it at any participating Pokemon Center.

The event runs from January 17, 2025, to February 16, 2025. This event excludes Pokemon Stores, Pokemon Center Online, Pokemon Cafe, and Pikachu Sweets by Pokemon Cafe.
