Key gameplay fixes include corrected behavior for the Swinging Mace and Molten Gold traps, proper stacking for Threads like Giant Morningstar, and enhanced visual and status effects for elements such as poison clouds and Freeze Death. Balance adjustments have also been made to enemy behavior, including Ghostfang, Kobold Sappers, and AI pathing.

The Thread mechanics have been revamped, allowing players to spend rune coins to reroll or skip Thread choices, with scaling costs that reset each mission. The Thread system has been rebalanced, combining and enhancing many Threads, removing mutual exclusivity from several, and reclassifying "Double Wide" as a Cursed Thread.
