Based on the popular Kuroko's Basketball anime and manga, this new game from Chrollo is bringing the heat with a new trailer, release date, and a series of public playtests. Basketball Rivals officially launches on March 14, 2025, at 5 PM EST. The long-awaited trailer is finally here (see below!), and we highly recommend checking out the official event page for the latest updates and any potential last-minute schedule changes.

The trailer is electrifying! It showcases the unique playstyles of beloved characters like Aomine Daiki's incredible dribbling and scoring prowess, and Shintaro Midorima's legendary long-range shots. While those familiar with the game will recognize these styles, newcomers will get a fantastic preview of the abilities they can unlock.

Basketball Rivals Public Playtest – Prerelease

Keep an eye on the official game page and the Discord server for details on the prerelease public playtests. Chrollo has a unique plan: the game will open to the public for 30 minutes each time the Release Event page hits 20,000 interested players (20k, 40k, 60k, and so on). Don't miss your chance to jump in early! However, please note that any purchases made during the playtest using Robux will not carry over to the official launch.

Official Basketball Rivals Trello

Currently, there's no official Basketball Rivals Trello board in the prerelease phase. However, Chrollo has confirmed that one will be available after launch. This Trello will detail the customization options and the various character styles available, similar to the Blue Lock Rivals Trello, with each main character from Kuroko's Basketball having a unique style.
