Reburn, a newly formed studio comprised of key developers from 4A Games, has announced its inaugural project: La Quimera, a first-person shooter.
Staying true to their established expertise, Reburn delivers another FPS experience, this time immersed in a futuristic Latin American setting. Players assume the role of a Private Military Company soldier, equipped with an exoskeleton, engaging in intense combat against a local organization. The game's environments dynamically shift between lush jungles and a vibrant metropolis.
The developers highlight a compelling narrative and immersive gameplay, playable both solo and in co-op mode with up to three players. Adding to the intrigue, the script and setting are crafted by renowned director Nicolas Winding Refn (known for Drive and The Neon Demon) and E.J.A. Warren.
La Quimera is slated for release on PC via Steam, though a specific release date remains unannounced.
