Launched in October 2023, Ludus: Merge Arena has quickly become a mobile gaming sensation, boasting over 5 million players worldwide and generating nearly $3 million in monthly revenue. This phenomenal success has spurred publisher Top App Games to announce a major update arriving soon.
The Big Update: Clan Wars
Set to launch at the end of March, this update significantly expands clan functionality with the addition of three new tabs: Clan Shop, Clan Battle Pass, and Clan War. The highlight is undoubtedly Clan War, an eight-day event running twice a month, featuring five days of intense battles followed by a three-day wrap-up period.
Victory in Clan Wars hinges on flags. Each player begins with two flags, with premium subscribers receiving an extra flag for a total of three. The Clan Battle Pass provides one or two additional flags, allowing premium players to deploy up to five flags.
These flags are crucial for earning points. Players can utilize them in standard PvP matches against random opponents or in the new Assault mode, focused on attacking enemy base buildings.
Each Clan War pits six clans against each other in a fierce competition. The top 100 clans at the end of the war will receive exclusive rewards, including cosmetic upgrades and a prestigious golden clan name, displayed prominently until the next Clan War begins.
A dedicated Clan Shop will also be introduced, offering unique items purchasable with a special currency earned during Clan Wars. This highly anticipated update is sure to further propel the growth of Ludus: Merge Arena's already impressive player base.
