Marvel has unveiled the debut trailer for the much-anticipated MCU Disney+ series, Ironheart, featuring Dominique Thorne reprising her role as the armored superhero Riri Williams from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The series also introduces Anthony Ramos as Parker Robbins, better known as The Hood. The trailer offers a glimpse into Riri's journey as she steps into the spotlight as a superhero after her supporting role in the MCU.
The trailer hints that Parker Robbins initially appears as a mentor to Riri, helping her unlock her true potential. However, there's an underlying complexity to his character that promises intriguing developments throughout the series.Ironheart, executive produced by Ryan Coogler, is set to launch with a three-episode premiere on June 24 at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET on Disney+. The series picks up with Riri reflecting on her time in Wakanda as an "internship abroad." After being expelled from MIT, she faces a pivotal decision prompted by The Hood: "Anyone who has accomplished anything has to do questionable things. Are you in or out?"

Marvel's slate of upcoming shows is robust. Another spinoff from the Black Panther universe, Eyes of Wakanda, is a four-episode animated mini-series focusing on the Hatut Zaraze, an elite group of Wakandan warriors. This series will launch on August 6.
Additionally, Marvel Zombies, a four-episode animated mini-series, is set to premiere on October 3.
