Hawaii's Wild-Caught Sashimi: A Like a Dragon Guide

Author : Chloe Mar 13,2025

Tracking down Wild-Caught Sashimi in *Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii* can be tricky, as the game doesn't exactly shout its location from the rooftops. But fear not, fellow pirate! This guide reveals exactly where and how to snag this elusive ingredient.

Where to Find Wild-Caught Sashimi in *Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii*

You'll only find Wild-Caught Sashimi in the waters of Alola Beach in Honolulu. There are two ways to acquire it: buying it or fishing for it.

Buying from Grayson

The easiest method is to purchase it from Grayson's Weapons at Sea, a floating merchant located on the east side of Alola Beach's ocean (see map above). He sells it for a mere $1.60 per unit. Grayson won't appear on your map until you've explored that area of the ocean. You can carry a maximum of 10 sashimi at a time, but you can return to Grayson to buy more as needed.

Fishing for it Yourself

While you can fish for Wild-Caught Sashimi by swimming in Alola Beach and pressing the "Catch" prompt when near fish, it's incredibly rare. Expect to swim by approximately 50 fish before you even encounter one. This method consumes no currency or health, but the low success rate makes it far less efficient than buying from Grayson.

If you're short on cash, a quick brawl with some thugs on shore will net you enough money to purchase several from Grayson in under a minute. This is the recommended approach.
