Star Wars Jedi: Survivor enthusiasts will delight in new additions like Nightsister Merrin's figure and a Cal Kestis three-pack featuring Turgle and Skoova Stev. Highlighting Cal's multiple interchangeable heads – including his signature handlebar mustache look – Houle revealed this playful design was a key focus.

"We prioritized fun with this set," Houle told IGN. "The handlebar/mullet combo became the primary look during development – it captures Cal's personality perfectly while offering diverse display options."

Merrin's inclusion was essential given her narrative importance, though translating her Force abilities posed creative challenges. Reiff explained: "Capturing her green energy effects, intricate tattoos, and costume details through advanced printing techniques helped do justice to this fan-favorite character."

The lineup also presents redesigned classics – Han Solo and Chewbacca now feature upgraded articulation systems. Houle emphasized: "We implemented softer plastics for Chewie's hair movement and strategically placed Han's joints to preserve his signature thigh stripe design."

The standout Celebration-exclusive is The Ronin from Star Wars: Visions – a monochromatic figure with striking red lightsaber detailing. Houle described the packaging's cultural authenticity: "From watercolor artwork to hidden magnetic compartments, every element reflects Japanese aesthetics."

Reiff added: "We created special Japanese-language packaging to honor Celebration's Tokyo venue – a first for our exclusives."

Rounding out the reveals was Black Series' premium Death Trooper helmet, featuring screen-accurate weathering, functional LED lighting, and unprecedented interior detailing. Reiff noted: "Collaborating with Lucasfilm's original files ensured cinematic precision while allowing our engineering enhancements."
