Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Global Won’t Support Cross-Region Play

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's Global Launch: A Closer Look

Get ready for the worldwide release of Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium! MICA Team (Sunborn Network) recently unveiled new details about this anticipated RPG in a comprehensive Q&A video. Let's break down the key takeaways.

Server Divergence and Launch Plans

The game will be accessible via two distinct servers: Darkwinter (Sunborn subsidiary) and Haoplay. While content remains consistent, cross-server play is not supported. Darkwinter will utilize its own PC launcher, while the Haoplay version will be available on Steam.

The global launch will deviate from the Chinese version's initial event schedule. To refine the narrative, MICA Team is strategically omitting certain events requiring further story development, a similar approach to Azur Lane Global's launch. The global server will commence with the "Sojourners of the Glass Island" event, providing players with the complete two-part story from the start. Omitted events may be added later.

Skin Returns and Potential Crossovers

The popular Groza "Sangria Succulent" skin is making a comeback! Further classic skin revivals are hinted at, based on player feedback. MICA Team also teased potential crossovers, mentioning Neural Cloud and Gundam as possibilities.
