Disney Dreamlight Valley: How To Unlock Aladdin

Unlocking Aladdin and Jasmine in Disney Dreamlight Valley's Agrabah Realm: A Step-by-Step Guide

The free "Tales of Agrabah" update for Disney Dreamlight Valley introduces Aladdin and Princess Jasmine. This guide details how to unlock Aladdin and invite him to your valley.

Unlocking Aladdin in Agrabah:

First, unlock the Agrabah realm. This requires 15,000 Dreamlight and is accessed via a door at the top of the Disney castle. Upon entering Agrabah, you'll encounter sandstorms.

Navigating Agrabah's rooftops is key. Use planks (found scattered throughout the market) and your pickaxe to overcome obstacles. Avoid the sandstorms; they'll send you back to the start.

Your journey leads you to Jasmine. Interacting with her initiates the "The Ancient Revealed" quest. She'll explain the sandstorms and Aladdin's disappearance, revealing the Magic Carpet is stuck in Dreamlight Valley.

To progress, you'll need to upgrade your pickaxe. Collect three wooden planks (locations indicated below) and bring them to Jasmine.

  • One plank is near the hammer sign by Jasmine.
  • Another is buried near the carpet merchant and a large tornado.
  • The final plank is on a rooftop near a large archway.

After delivering the planks, you'll need Artisan's Alloy. This requires locating three chests:

  • One chest is near barrels and golden pots, to the left of a recently traversed structure.
  • Another is accessible after placing a plank near Jasmine and moving forward.
  • The final chest requires placing three planks (two are near the second chest) to reach.

Craft the Artisan's Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade at the crafting table behind Jasmine. Equip the upgrade, break sandstone deposits, and follow Jasmine to the South Alley. Collect three more planks along the way (one near the tornado, two beyond the stairs). After breaking more sandstone, you'll finally meet Aladdin.

Inviting Aladdin to Dreamlight Valley:

Once you've helped restore Agrabah, return to Dreamlight Valley. To build Aladdin and Jasmine's house, speak to Scrooge McDuck. This costs 20,000 Star Coins.

Jasmine will arrive first, followed by Aladdin. Each character introduces new quests, craftable items, and Friendship Path rewards.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
