"Dead by Daylight Revives 2v8 Mode in Resident Evil Crossover"

Dead by Daylight has teamed up with the iconic Resident Evil series to introduce an electrifying new 2v8 mode, offering players a thrilling and unique gaming experience. This special event brings together legendary villains from Capcom’s renowned franchise, adding a thrilling twist to the gameplay.

Gamers can now embody two of the most infamous antagonists from the Resident Evil universe: Nemesis and Albert Wesker, also known as The Puppeteer. These villains go head-to-head against a team of Resident Evil’s most recognizable heroes, including Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong. The intense battles unfold within the familiar setting of the Raccoon City Police Station.

What makes this collaboration stand out is the unprecedented teaming up of Nemesis and Wesker in a 2v8 format, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for players. Both characters utilize their signature infection-based abilities: Nemesis harnesses the power of the T-Virus, while Wesker employs Uroboros to target Survivors, adding layers of strategic depth to the gameplay.

In this exciting new mode, players can collect special herbs inspired by the Resident Evil series. These herbs serve various purposes; for example, some provide healing for Survivors, while yellow herbs are used to repair hooks. Interestingly, Killers can also gather these herbs, which temporarily boost their speed, introducing new tactical elements to the game.

Whether you're a newcomer to the 2v8 mode or a seasoned player, it's important to note the significant changes introduced in this event. The traditional Powers and Perks have been replaced with a new Class System, offering a variety of strategic options for both Killers and Survivors, enhancing the gameplay experience.

The Dead by Daylight x Resident Evil collaboration will be available until February 25, giving players plenty of time to dive into this thrilling crossover. Don’t miss out on this unique blend of horror and strategy!
