Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. This romance is only available to male V. Completing these quests in the correct order and making the right dialogue choices is crucial.

Prerequisites: You must be playing as Male V and have progressed to Act 2.

Quest Progression:

  1. Complete Ghost Town: This main job introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car and then assist with her revenge against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose flirtatious dialogue options, culminating in suggesting a single room.

  2. Complete Lightning Breaks: This mission involves bringing down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices have minimal impact here; focus on completing the objectives efficiently.

  3. Complete Life During Wartime: Help Mitch, and when confronted by the Aldecaldos, defend Panam. After the mission, respond to Panam's message suggesting she return to settle things. Wait a few in-game hours/days before proceeding.

  4. Complete Riders of the Storm: This mission requires immediate action after receiving Panam's call. Help rescue Saul. Choose dialogue options that support Panam, especially during the argument with Saul. In the motel, select flirtatious options leading to a kiss.

  5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends: Agree to help Panam. Choose supportive and flirtatious dialogue options during the conversation at the communications tower and the campfire.

  6. Complete Queen of the Highway: After waiting a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose flirtatious options in the Basilisk, leading to a love scene. Make positive choices at the camp after the Basilisk battle. Choose to stay for a bit with Mitch and Saul, and then select the appropriate dialogue option with Panam.

Post-Romance: After completing "Queen of the Highway," you'll have unlocked the path to a romance with Panam. Update 2.1 adds the "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mission, allowing for further interaction and dates at V's apartments (excluding Dogtown).
