This quest starts by speaking to Big Dill on the rooftop of the building in Crime City. He’s looking to throw a party but needs some help getting things ready. You’ll be tasked with finding four specific items: two drink containers and two records. If for any reason Big Dill doesn’t trigger the quest when spoken to, try restarting your game—it’s a known issue that can delay activation.

Once you've collected all four items, return to the rooftop and speak with Big Dill to finalize the party preparations. Doing so completes both the Found Quest and Stage 3 of the Wanted: Joss Outlaw Quest. A solid chunk of XP will be added to your account, setting you up nicely for the next challenge: eliminating enemies using the Collateral Damage Assault Rifle.
