Onimusha: Way of the Sword – A 2026 Release
Onimusha: Way of the Sword, slated for a 2026 release, is shaping up to be a thrilling addition to the franchise. Development focuses on compelling characters, a new protagonist, and engaging enemies. The game aims to faithfully recreate the historical setting of Kyoto, while delivering intense and satisfying sword combat accessible to players of all skill levels. The protagonist, facing a twist of fate, will wield an Oni Gauntlet, powering it with the souls of defeated Genma.
Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny – Remastered in 2025
A remastered version of the 2002 classic, Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny, is set for release in 2025, bridging the gap until Onimusha: Way of the Sword's arrival.
Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta 2 – Arkveld Awaits
Monster Hunter Wilds' second Open Beta introduces the flagship monster, Arkveld, in a challenging advanced quest. Other additions include a Gypceros Hunt, a training area, and online features like Private Lobbies and Online Single Player mode. Data from the first Beta can be transferred, and returning elements include the Character Creator, Story Trial, and the Doshaguma hunt. Cross-play will be enabled. The Beta runs:
