Ubisoft's new Assassin's Creed Shadows trailer showcases enhanced PC features. The trailer highlights upscaling technologies (DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XeSS 2), ultra-wide monitor support, ray tracing (RTGI and RT Reflections), and extensive settings for lower-end PCs, including a built-in benchmark tool.
Minimum PC specs for 1080p/30 FPS gameplay include an Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, and an NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8GB) or AMD RX 5700 (8GB) GPU. High-end requirements for 4K/60 FPS with ultra settings and ray tracing demand an Intel Core i7 13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, and an RTX 4090 (24GB) GPU.
Intel partnered with Ubisoft for AC Shadows, guaranteeing optimized performance on their processors. AMD system performance will be evaluated post-release.
