The iPhone 16e boasts a 6.1-inch OLED display with a traditional notch instead of the "Dynamic Island" found on the standard model. It's powered by the same A18 chip as the iPhone 16, but features a 4-core GPU (one less than the standard model). Despite this, it supports Apple Intelligence for all iOS 18 AI features. The new C1 cellular modem promises improved power efficiency and extended battery life (up to 26 hours of video playback).
However, the iPhone 16e lacks MagSafe compatibility, meaning no magnetic charging. While Qi wireless charging is supported, the absence of MagSafe is a notable omission. Color options are limited to black and white.
