"Dragonkin: The Banished Unveils Demo and Major Updates"

Eko Software and NACON have exciting news for RPG enthusiasts: the launch of a demo for their highly anticipated action RPG, *Dragonkin: The Banished*. Currently available as part of Steam Next Fest until March 3, 2025, this demo provides a sneak peek into the game's early access version, which is set to launch on March 6, 2025. The early access phase will feature the prologue and the first chapter, immersing players in a richly woven narrative through the perspectives of three distinct heroes: the Knight, the Oracle, and the Barbarian.

The early access version of *Dragonkin: The Banished* is packed with engaging content. Players will be accompanied by four Vermplings, cooperative companions that fight alongside them, enhancing the gameplay experience. The game introduces the innovative Bloodline Grid skill progression system, which offers players a unique way to customize their abilities. Additionally, the early access will include endgame hunting quests and initial upgrades to the central hub city, setting the stage for an expansive adventure.

The development team at Eko Software has outlined an ambitious roadmap for the year ahead. Spring updates will bring new abilities, enhanced endgame content, a fresh endgame activity, and improved hub city features. As summer rolls in, players can look forward to a new hero, additional skills, and expanded endgame challenges. By autumn, *Dragonkin: The Banished* will support multiplayer, allowing players to join forces in their quest. Ongoing refinements to the Bloodline Grid and hub city mechanics will continue to evolve the game throughout its early access journey.

In *Dragonkin: The Banished*, players will explore a world tainted by ancient dragon blood, guiding a legendary warrior on a mission to defeat sinister creatures and confront the all-powerful Dragonlords causing the chaos. Progression in the game is driven by character growth, equipment upgrades, and the evolution of Vermplings. The strategic Bloodline Grid system allows for deep customization of abilities, ensuring a unique experience for every player.

Following its early access phase, *Dragonkin: The Banished* is slated for a full release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, promising an epic journey into a world of dragons and adventure.
