DC: Dark Legion is an action-strategy game set in the DC Universe, where players assemble teams of iconic heroes and villains to confront powerful enemies. Developed by KingsGroup, this mobile title merges real-time strategy with role-playing elements, enabling players to form mighty squads and participate in dynamic combat. Although the game hasn't launched officially, it has conducted several regional open beta tests, allowing players to experience its core systems. This beginner's guide breaks down these fundamental mechanics in simple terms, helping newcomers prepare for the game's full release. Let's get started!

Leveling Up – Every champion, no matter their rarity, can be leveled up to improve base attributes like Attack, Defense, and Health. You can earn experience by using champions in battles or level them directly using EXP potions of various rarities. Leveling boosts not only a champion's power but also your account's total Combat Power (CP).Star Upgrades – Each champion in DC: Dark Legion™ begins with a base star rating that reflects their rarity. Legendary champions, for instance, start at 5 stars. To increase a champion’s star count, you’ll need to use shards obtained from duplicate copies of that champion. This method involves some luck and can be costly, so free-to-play players may want to focus elsewhere early on. Still, starring up unlocks new abilities and improves stats significantly.Gearing Up – Beyond leveling, you can strengthen your heroes by outfitting them with powerful gear. Early on, gear can be earned by clearing hideouts. Once you unlock crafting at your base, you can produce your own equipment. Gear pieces and sets come in different rarities, each with main stats and potentially multiple sub-stats. Higher rarity items start with more sub-stats, providing greater bonuses from the outset.
You can also play DC: Dark Legion™ on your PC or laptop using BlueStacks, enjoying the action on a larger screen with keyboard and mouse controls.
