Season 8 centers around Trinkets – powerful new buffs. Players can acquire 56 Lesser Trinkets and 60 Greater Trinkets, with the possibility of obtaining duplicates. These are offered on turns 6 and 9, providing four choices influenced by your hero and current board composition, ensuring strategic options for all minion types, from Elementals and Dragons to Murlocs.
Marin the Manager: The New Hero
Meet Marin the Manager, the season's new hero. Marin provides a significant advantage by granting an extra Trinket a turn early, providing a strategic edge.

Roster Revamp: Minions In and Out
Season 8 sees a substantial minion roster update. While 41 minions are retired, 22 fan favorites return, joined by 27 brand new minions and 2 fresh Tavern spells. Four noteworthy additions include:
- Free Travel Winner (Tier 2): A 2/2 minion that vanishes after combat, rewarding you with a Triple Reward.
- Inspiring Underdog (Tier 4): Boosts your lower-tier minions.
- Lucky Egg (Tier 5): Transforms a Tier 3 minion into its Golden counterpart.
- Sun Screener (Tier 6): A 10/1 minion granting Divine Shield to your three leftmost minions and your opponent's.
Marin Resort’s Treasure Hunt Event
From August 27th to September 17th, participate in the Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt event. Complete the Event Quests to earn 14 packs, including rewards from Perils in Paradise and Whizbang's Workshop.
