Speed Demons 2 Announced for PC

Author : George Apr 24,2025

Radiangames has exciting news for racing game fans: they've announced Speed Demons 2, a side-scrolling highway racer that echoes the thrilling, high-speed gameplay and visual style of the iconic Burnout series. Initially launched as a mobile game, the sequel is now in development for PC and is set to launch later this year.

The developer explains that the controls in Speed Demons 2 emphasize movement over traditional steering. Players will use gas, brake, and turbo (or ability) buttons, while moving the analog stick or mouse up and down to control the vehicle's direction. "It sounds unusual, but it's immediately intuitive once you start playing," the team assures.

Speed Demons 2 offers ten game modes, some of which draw clear inspiration from Burnout. Modes like Pursuit, Takedown, and Rampage challenge players to destroy other cars within a set time limit, reminiscent of Burnout's Road Rage. Another mode, Scratchless, is similar to Burnout's Burning Lap, where the goal is to reach the finish line with minimal damage to your vehicle.

If this sounds like your kind of game, you can add Speed Demons 2 to your wishlist on Steam.
