Following the successful Capcom and Taito releases, Evercade introduces Atari and Technos-themed Super Pocket handhelds in October 2024. These will offer officially licensed retro gaming experiences.
A Retro Revival
With the handheld market largely dominated by retro emulation, officially licensed options are always welcome. Evercade has built a solid reputation, though the limited-edition Atari console's wood grain finish might be seen as a marketing tactic by some (unless, of course, it genuinely uses real wood grain).
The Super Pocket's compatibility with existing Evercade cartridges allows for convenient portable retro gaming, easily switching between handheld and home console.
