Bruxish and Flabébé Variants Join Pokémon GO

The Pokémon GO Festival of Colors is set to dazzle trainers around the globe once again in 2025, running from March 13th to March 17th. Dive into a world of vibrant Pokémon spawns and exciting bonuses. Here's everything you need to know to make the most of this colorful celebration.

Celebrate the Festival of Colors with Pokémon GO

As you explore your surroundings, keep an eye on PokéStops for a delightful surprise. Lure Modules will extend their allure to three hours, transforming your favorite spots into bustling Pokémon hubs for longer periods.

For those on the hunt for the vibrant Bruxish, activating Incense will boost your chances of encountering this flashy fish. Incense will last for two hours, with the exception of Daily Adventure Incense. Additionally, capture the moment with daily snapshots for a chance to encounter a surprise guest, including the elusive Shiny Smeargle, who might photobomb your pictures.

The enchanting Floral Flabébé will grace the event with region-specific colors. Trainers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will encounter Red Flower Flabébé, while those in the Asia-Pacific region will find Blue Flower Flabébé. In the Americas, Yellow Flower Flabébé will make an appearance. White and Orange Flower Flabébé could surprise you anywhere. Alongside these floral delights, keep an eye out for Drowzee, Magikarp, Natu, Aipom, Meditite, and Dwebble, which will be more prevalent during the event.

Mega Raids will feature the formidable Mega Swampert, adding an extra layer of excitement. Field Research tasks will offer event-themed rewards, including Stardust and encounters with some of the special Pokémon appearing during the festival.

Special Bonuses for Holi Players

In celebration of Holi, the Festival of Colours in India, Pokémon GO has prepared special bonuses for trainers in India. Look out for regional exclusives, including branching Timed Research, one-star raids featuring Pikachu in a kurta, and an extra Candy for catching Pokémon in raids.

Don't miss out on the action—download Pokémon GO from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this colorful adventure. Stay tuned for our upcoming coverage on Netflix's 'Rise of the Golden Idol' and its first DLC, 'The Sins of New Wells.'
