Jingle Hells in Black Ops 6 Zombies: Weapon Upgrades, Ammo Mods, and Support

The festive Jingle Hells mode in Black Ops 6 Zombies offers a holiday twist, altering the usual progression and upgrade systems. This guide details how to upgrade weapons, obtain Ammo Mods, and acquire equipment and Support.

Weapon Upgrades in Jingle Hells

Unlike the standard Black Ops 6 Zombies experience, the Arsenal Machine is absent in Jingle Hells. Weapon upgrades are achieved using Aether Tools, consumable items with varying rarity levels (color-coded). Using a higher-rarity Aether Tool (e.g., Purple/Legendary) upgrades your weapon to that tier. Here's how to obtain Aether Tools:

  • Church Spire: Throw a grenade at the zombie head atop the church spire. The higher the round, the better the Aether Tool rarity.
  • Bank Vault: Loot Keys open safety deposit boxes within the Bank Vault, which may contain Aether Tools.
  • S.A.M. Trials: Completing S.A.M. Trials, especially at higher reward tiers, offers a chance to receive Aether Tools.
  • Hidden Power GobbleGum: Instantly upgrade a weapon to Legendary rarity.
  • Mystery Box, Wall Buys, Holiday Presents: Weapons obtained from these sources increase in rarity as rounds progress.

Ammo Mods in Jingle Hells

Currently, the only available Ammo Mod in Jingle Hells is Cryo Freeze. This consumable is primarily found within Holiday Presents, which drop with increasing rarity as the rounds progress. Holiday Presents are obtained in several ways:

  • Enemy Kills: Sometimes drop upon killing enemies.
  • Naughty or Nice Power-up: The stocking-shaped power-up yields either multiple Holiday Presents (Nice) or spawns numerous vermin enemies (Naughty).
  • S.A.M. Machine: Spawns Holiday Presents upon appearance.

Equipment and Support in Jingle Hells

The Workbench is also absent in Jingle Hells, eliminating Salvage-based equipment crafting and Support item creation (Chopper Gunners, Mutant Injections, Self Revives). However, these items can still be obtained:

  • Enemy Kills: Equipment drops from regular enemies.
  • Holiday Presents: Can contain equipment.
  • Special/Elite Enemy Kills: Support items drop from these enemies.
  • S.A.M. Trials: May reward equipment and Support.
  • Bank Vault Deposit Boxes: A chance to find equipment and Support.
