How To Find the Trader in Garbage in Stalker 2

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After exiting the Lesser Zone, you'll reach the Garbage area. Due to its distance from your starting base, encountering traders will take time.

Initially, quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap hub. Progressing the main storyline is necessary. Completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks the Slag Heap location, after visiting the Detention Center and Laboratory, and meeting Scar.

However, you can explore the Slag Heap (north of the laboratory) earlier. This hub features two traders:

  • Boozer: Located at the entrance, Boozer runs a bar, selling food and drinks while accepting various trade items.
  • Huron: Found by heading left and entering the right-hand door, Huron specializes in weapons and gear. His room also houses your stash. Interacting with him initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech is located at the back of the left corridor. You'll need to speak with him (Diode) to advance the main quest.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available now on Xbox and PC.
