The adrenaline-pumping sports game, *Rocket League*, has been captivating fans since its debut in 2015. Rocket League Season 18 kicked off on Friday, March 14, at 12 pm EST across multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Players logging in during Season 18 can claim the Future Fashion player banner. Additionally, the Breathe player anthem is available for free in the item shop until 2:59 am EST on Friday, March 21, as part of the season's incentives.

Season 18 is scheduled to run until Wednesday, June 18, giving players ample time to complete Rocket Passes and other seasonal challenges for additional rewards. To maximize your experience, the new premium Rocket Pass offers access to exclusive car customizations, allowing you to score in style. With a new arena, mutators, and car bodies, Rocket League is accelerating into this season with full force.

Season 18 brings exciting additions to Rocket League, highlighted by the new arena, Futura Garden, and two new car bodies: the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack and the Azura. The Daytona is immediately available to players who purchase the Season 18 premium Rocket Pass, featuring the Dominus-style hitbox. The Azura, available in the higher tiers of the Rocket Pass, comes with a Breakout-style hitbox. Both car bodies can be used in Fortnite once unlocked. Additionally, a new sound cue has been introduced for when players narrowly miss goals, adding a satisfying ping to the experience.

A variety of mutators can now alter game conditions in both Exhibition Mode and private matches, with new additions and modifications to existing mutators from before Season 18. Players can dive into season-specific challenges and competitive matches, as well as participate in Season 18 tournaments, which offer their own unique rewards. Any unspent Season 17 points will automatically convert into rewards for players.

On the technical side, Season 18 includes slight adjustments to the center of mass for several car bodies and refinements to the game's internal matchmaking processes within subregions. Numerous performance issues and bugs have been addressed, according to the patch details from Epic Games. To enhance player safety and promote a sportsmanlike community, a new voice reporting feature has been added, allowing players to report toxic behavior post-match in accordance with the game's community rules.
