From Location #2, use the Wingray to fly to the top of the Resounding Rise Tower.

Fly from the Resounding Rise Tower to the Twilight Rise Tower; the casket floats above it.

Fly from the Twilight Rise Tower towards the Command Rise Tower bridge.
