Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th!
Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th, concluding the Penacony arc before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus.
Farewell to Penacony, Hello to New Adventures
Version 2.7 brings the Penacony chapter to a close. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure, reconnecting with familiar faces and sharing poignant moments. A spectacular performance at the Grand Theater features the debut of two new characters: Sunday and Fugue.
Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a final dazzling performance. This 5-star Imaginary character boasts an Ultimate ability focused on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.
Fugue, previously known as Tingyun, makes a powerful return following the events of Version 1.2. Reborn thanks to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society, Fugue is a 5-star Fire character whose Ultimate ability shreds enemy Toughness while inflicting significant Fire DMG.

New Features and Returning Characters
Version 2.7 introduces exciting additions, including the return of popular characters General Jing Yuan and Firefly in the warp events (first and second halves respectively).
The Astral Express receives a stylish upgrade: the Party Car—a luxurious marble bar with a robotic bartender, offering a stunning view of the Cosmos.
Players can also personalize their space with the "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event, transforming a storage room into a cozy haven using Express Funds earned from completing tasks. Furnish your dream bedroom, bathroom, and more!
