Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is getting a major update on February 3rd: Rogue Frontier! This first major update of the year introduces exciting new features and content.

Outland Adventures with the Smugglers

Rogue Frontier focuses on the Smugglers, a rebellious group defying the Royal Continent's strict laws and establishing themselves in the Outlands. They've created secret underground bases known as Smuggler's Dens, serving as vital hubs for banking, repairs, and expedition planning. These dens are interconnected via the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the Smugglers' ongoing conflict with the Royal Guards. Assist them by rescuing captured Smugglers or delivering contraband within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards for Loyalty

Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens, rewards player loyalty with valuable items. These include a Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (reducing potion cooldowns), a Smuggler's Ring, and an Avatar.

New additions in Rogue Frontier include Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The better the defeated player's loot, the higher the chance of obtaining a trophy.

Stylish New Weapons

Rogue Frontier also introduces stylish new weapons:

  • Rotcaller Staff: Summons a mist-spewing entity to repel enemies.
  • Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation and ranged attacks from above.
  • Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves during dashes.

Download Albion Online from the Google Play Store and prepare for the Rogue Frontier update on February 3rd!
