The Herc the Merc challenge in *BitLife* is all about hitting the gym hard and… well, let's just say it involves a bit of a darker side. Having the Assassin's Blade certainly helps, but it's not essential. Here's how to conquer this challenge:

This week's objectives:
- Be born in Greece
- Achieve 100% Health
- Visit the gym 10+ times after age 18
- Strangle 5+ enemies to death
- Marry someone you met at the gym
Be Born in Greece
Start by creating a new life and selecting Greece as your birthplace. The rest of your character's details are entirely up to you. If you have the Crime Special Talent (from Job Packs), it's a definite advantage for the later stages.
Achieve 100% Health
Maintaining perfect health requires a proactive approach. Avoid risky behaviors like excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, and unprotected sex. Instead, focus on health-boosting activities: regular gym visits, walks, seeking medical treatment when needed, healthy eating, meditation, and alternative therapies like acupuncture. Prayer can also provide a temporary health boost if needed.
Visit the Gym 10+ Times After Age 18
This is the simplest task. Once you turn 18, navigate to Activities > Mind and Body > Gym. Remember that gym visits cost money, so secure a job beforehand. You don't need to hit the gym 10 times in a single year; spread it out as needed. A bonus: you might receive a date offer at the gym, which helps with the marriage objective.
Strangle 5+ Enemies to Death
First, you'll need enemies. You might acquire them naturally, but you can also create them. Check your Relationships tab. If you lack enemies, go to the Relationships tab, select a friend, and choose the option to become enemies.
Once you have targets, go to Activities > Crime > Murder. Select an enemy and choose "Strangle Them." If this option isn't available, close and reopen the menu to refresh. Repeat until you've eliminated at least five enemies. It's best to tackle this last, as jail time can hinder progress on other objectives.
Marry Someone You Met at the Gym
If you haven't already met a potential spouse at the gym, use Activities > Love > Date. The date prompt will indicate where you met. Accept any gym encounter. Nurture your relationship until they accept your proposal and you can set a wedding date.
