Emotes in FFXIV can be unlocked through various means, including completing quests, participating in Mogtome events, and engaging in other in-game activities. However, some special emotes, like the Blow Bubbles, are available for purchase through the Mog Station.

The Blow Bubbles emote, which celebrates the arrival of spring and events like Little Ladies Day, can be obtained by visiting the Mog Station item store. After logging in with your account details, navigate to the ‘Optional Items’ tab under ‘Additional Services’. You'll find the Blow Bubbles emote in the first row of New Items. For players in the US, this emote is priced at $7.00 USD. Keep in mind, it’s a single-character purchase and cannot be gifted to other players.

Once you've made your purchase, log into FFXIV and head to a Delivery Moogle located in any of the major cities or hubs. Alternatively, if you or your Free Company has mail delivery set up at a house, you can check there. Your emote should be ready for pickup once you see the mail icon on your HUD.

After collecting your emote from the nearest moogle delivery point, locate the Ballroom Etiquette – Bubble Diversions item in your inventory. Use it to unlock the Blow Bubbles emote permanently for your character. Note that this unlock is character-specific, not account-wide.

To use the emote, open your Emote menu under the Social tab. Scroll through the General emotes section until you find Blow Bubbles, typically near the bottom. You can add it to your Favorites for quicker access or even assign it to your hotbar for convenience.

When activated, the Blow Bubbles emote will have your character blowing clouds of bubbles in two rotations before stopping. While it's not a continuous action, it's perfect for adding a touch of fun and capturing adorable in-game moments.

That's all you need to know about acquiring and using the Blow Bubbles emote in Final Fantasy XIV. For more FFXIV tips, don't miss our guide on how to get the Pose of the Unbound emote.
