Application Description

This app, "Traffic Fines with Photos," simplifies the process of managing and paying traffic violations in Russia. It leverages official government data sources to provide comprehensive details on fines, including photos and violation specifics.

Key features include:

  • Official Data Source: The app uses the State Information System GIS GMP (https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis), accessed via a partnership with MONETA.RU Bank (LLC), ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Comprehensive Fine Information: View fines with photos, location details (map), violation date, relevant code article, and resolution number.

  • OSAGO Insurance Comparison: Partnering with bip.ru, the app allows users to compare OSAGO (compulsory motor liability insurance) prices from 20 leading insurance companies, factoring in the CBM discount.

  • Convenient Fine Search: Search for fines by last name, driver's license, vehicle registration number (STS not required), or multiple vehicles simultaneously. The app also covers fines from TsAFAP, CDD parking lots (Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities).

  • Automated Notifications: Receive timely alerts for new fines, upcoming payment deadlines (including 50% discount periods), and FSSP transfers. Notification frequency and timing are customizable.

  • Free Dispute Resolution Assistance: The app helps users create and submit appeals to dispute fines.

  • Detailed Fine History: Maintain an unlimited number of vehicle profiles and track paid and unpaid fines (last 2 years).

  • Secure Payment Options: Pay fines quickly and securely using various methods: bank cards, QR/barcode, and SBP.

  • Guaranteed Payment Confirmation: Payments are instantly reported to GIS GMP (Federal Treasury), ensuring confirmation and providing an emailed receipt.

  • Responsive Support: Access prompt support via in-app chat or email ([email protected]).

Disclaimer: This application is not affiliated with any government agency and is not an official State Traffic Safety Inspectorate app.

Version 5.24 (Updated Oct 20, 2024): Improved stability and functionality for faster, easier fine payments.
