Get ready for the Xbox Developer_Direct on January 23rd, 2025! This showcase will feature highly anticipated titles coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Game Pass, including a mystery game.

The Developer_Direct, presented by the game developers themselves, promises in-depth looks at gameplay, development processes, and the teams behind the games. Four games are slated for reveal, one of which is a complete surprise.

Here's a sneak peek at the announced titles:

South of Midnight (Compulsion Games): An action-adventure game set in a mystical American South. Players take on the role of Hazel, embarking on a magical quest to rescue her mother and restore a broken world after a devastating hurricane. Expect mythical creatures and a unique magic system called "Weaving." Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S and Steam.

South of Midnight

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Sandfall Interactive): A turn-based RPG with a twist. In this fantasy world, the Paintress erases people annually. Follow Gustave and Lune as they attempt to thwart her deadly ritual and save their loved ones. The game blends turn-based combat with real-time elements, allowing for strategic dodging and critical hits. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Steam, and the Epic Store.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

DOOM: The Dark Ages (id Software): A prequel to Doom (2016), this single-player FPS plunges players into a techno-medieval world.
