Past WWE game covers have featured legendary wrestlers like Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock, as well as current stars such as Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair. Although a Steam page leak hints at a potential cover athlete, confirmation awaits the official January 28, 2025 announcement.
Xbox's Twitter post, celebrating WWE RAW's Netflix debut, showcased screenshots featuring updated models and attire for Liv Morgan, Cody Rhodes, Damien Priest, and CM Punk. This sparked fan inquiries about potential Xbox Game Pass availability and generated positive feedback on the improved likeness of characters like Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan.

While these four are confirmed, the full roster remains a mystery. Significant roster changes within WWE, including both departures and new signings, have fans eagerly awaiting the reveal of their favorites. Although the initial announcement came from Xbox, WWE 2K25 is expected to launch on PlayStation and PC as well. Current-gen exclusivity is yet to be confirmed.
