WoW Patch 11.1 Expands Beyond Undermine

Author : Carter Jan 24,2025

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," expands beyond its namesake zone, introducing several new subzones. Key additions include Gutterville and Kaja'Coast, significantly enriching the gameplay experience.

Key Features of WoW Patch 11.1:

  • Undermine: The central focus, a sprawling subterranean Goblin city brimming with unique architecture and inventions. Features a central hub, Slam Central Station, with multiple access points suggesting further connections beyond Gutterville and Kaja'Coast.

  • Gutterville: Situated in the southeastern Ringing Deeps, this subzone likely provides access to Undermine. Its dark maroon coloring hints at corruption by Black Blood, and it houses Excavation Site 9, one of two new Delves in Patch 11.1.

  • Kaja'Coast: A new Goblin encampment on Zuldazar's southwestern coast, near Bilgewater Bonanza. This location is strongly suspected to be another entry point into Undermine, potentially linked to the tram system showcased in the initial announcement.

Exploring the New Locations:

While the official release date is slated for mid-to-late February, players can anticipate early access on the Public Test Realm (PTR) in early January. This allows for early exploration of Undermine, Gutterville, and Kaja'Coast, providing a sneak peek at the expansive world awaiting in Patch 11.1. The map data suggests the possibility of three additional, currently unknown, locations receiving Goblin-themed updates.
