After the opening section of *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, you're granted the freedom to explore the world and pick up side quests. One such quest involves finding Vostatek's horse, offering you a chance to earn substantial rewards.
Where To Find Vostatek in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Start your journey by accepting the side quest "Lackey" from Zlata at Gamemaster Vostatek's home, located to the west of Tachov. Alternatively, you can initiate the quest by speaking with Vitek, who is just southeast of the house, as marked by the B on the map. This sets you on a path northward, where you'll encounter Vostatek under attack by wolves.

Searching for Pepik in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Once you've saved Vostatek from the wolves, he'll ask you to carry him to his camping spot where his horse, Pepik, is tied. Follow his directions carefully, and keep an eye on your stamina; dropping Vostatek due to low stamina is something you want to avoid.
Upon reaching the camp, Vostatek will discover that Pepik is missing. Your task then shifts to tracking Pepik by following the clues along the path. As you approach each clue, a prompt will allow you to examine it closely. Continue following the trail until you arrive at a poacher's camp.
As Vostatek suspected, Pepik has been taken by poachers in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You'll find him at the rear of their camp. Fortunately, the poachers tend to move around, allowing you to engage them in smaller groups. Those at the camp's edges are easier to take down, and many will plead for mercy if you confront them alone. You may choose to bypass the tougher opponents within the camp and make a quick escape with Pepik before they can react. Be aware, though, that there's no rest between finding Vostatek and Pepik, so your health might be compromised depending on the outcome of the wolf encounter.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp. When you speak with him, you'll have the option to ride back to his home together, which serves as a fast travel method. Upon arrival, you'll be rewarded with Groschen and the promise of a place to stay whenever you need it.
With Pepik safely returned to Vostatek in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, you're free to pursue other quests or explore romantic storylines. Additionally, the money you've earned allows you to purchase more equipment if necessary.
*Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.*
