Unlock the "Pose of the Unbound" Emote in FFXIV Patch 7.16!
FFXIV patch 7.16 introduces exciting new quests and cosmetic rewards. This guide details how to obtain the coveted "Pose of the Unbound" emote.
Obtaining the Emote:
To acquire the "Pose of the Unbound" emote, you must complete the quest, "Imposing Views." This quest is available from the Unbound Agent NPC in Ul'dah – Steps of Thal (coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5).
Prerequisites:
Before "Imposing Views" becomes available, you must first complete "Picking Up the Torch." This requires finishing all five role quests in the game. This means leveling a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS class to level 100 and completing their respective role quests in Tulliyollal.
Completing "Imposing Views":
"Imposing Views" is a relatively simple quest. Simply travel to the Sagolii Desert, interact with Apyaahi several times, engage in some combat, and the quest is complete! Upon completion, you'll receive the "Pose of the Unbound" emote.
Using the Emote:
To use your new emote, type either "/unbound" or "/poseoftheunbound" into the chat box and press Enter. Your character will strike a fun, Jojo-esque pose!
