Thatgamecompany is starting 2025 with a vibrant update for their all-ages MMO, Sky: Children of the Light. The new Season of Radiance update is set to bring a burst of color to the game, addressing any previous feelings of it being too monochromatic.

The highlight of this update is the introduction of the Dye Workshop, located in the Aviary Village. Here, the Radiance Guide will introduce you to the art of dyeing, allowing you to transform your cosmetics with a wide array of colors for a personalized technicolor makeover.

Beyond the aesthetic enhancements, the update adds interactive elements. Players will need to harvest new Dark Plants scattered throughout the kingdom to create these dyes. Moreover, you can mix dyes to concoct unique and interesting hues. To complement these new features, a range of new cosmetics, including hairstyles, capes, and outfits, will be available for you to experiment with the dyes.

All the colours of the rainbowThe Season of Radiance event is scheduled to commence on January 20th. While it's surprising that it took Thatgamecompany this long to introduce such a feature, it's poised to add a fresh layer of enjoyment for both new and seasoned players.
