"Primrows: Prune Duplicates to Play Sudoku in a Garden, Out Now"

After two years in development, Tursiops Truncatus Studios has launched their charming puzzler, Primrows, on mobile devices. This logic-based gardening game is essentially Sudoku, but with flowers instead of numbers.

How Many Primroses Can You Spot in Primrows?

In Primrows, you play as a puzzle-loving gardener with a touch of OCD, striving to ensure that no flower type repeats in any row, column, or 3×3 grid. The randomness of the blooms introduces a blend of logic and luck, making it akin to playing Sudoku with dice.

Primrows offers a Quick Play mode for casual flower matching and a more challenging Journal mode with additional rules and point-based objectives. Weekly Challenges introduce seasonal flowers and unique tiles, adding variety and excitement. You can get a glimpse of the game by watching the launch trailer below.

As you progress, the puzzles evolve from simple to complex. The random appearance of flowers adds an element of unpredictability to each grid you tackle.

Looks Pretty

Primrows shines with its tranquil atmosphere. The game features a soothing ambient soundtrack that immerses you in a garden setting. The visuals adapt to the seasons, showcasing spring blossoms and autumn hues, enhancing the overall experience.

Accessibility is a strong focus for Primrows, with options like color blind mode and low vision support. Tursiops Truncatus Studios, known for their cozy sci-fi adventure The Day We Fought Space, has once again delivered a comforting gaming experience.

The game is free to try, with a single purchase unlocking all levels and removing ads. You can download Primrows from the Google Play Store.
