Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 Twitch Drops Available for Limited Time

Trainers, get ready! Pokémon GO is giving away exclusive rewards during the Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 in Honolulu! From August 16th to 18th, you can earn in-game goodies by watching the official Twitch stream. Up to three redeemable codes are up for grabs!

How to Get Twitch Drops:

Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 Twitch Drops Available for Limited Time

Watch 30 minutes of the official Pokémon GO World Championships live stream on Twitch. Remember to link your Twitch and Pokémon Trainer Club accounts beforehand! Minimizing the stream will pause your progress.

Claiming Your Rewards:

Twitch will notify you when you've earned a drop. Claim it through your Twitch Drops Inventory. You can also find your codes on the View Inventory page at rewards.pokemon.com. Codes expire August 26th, 11:59 PM UTC.

Exclusive Timed Research Rewards:

Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 Twitch Drops Available for Limited Time

Two codes are available from the main stream (one per day). A third is unlocked by watching official co-streams from August 16th (9:00 a.m. HST) to August 19th (12:00 a.m. HST). These codes unlock Timed Research with awesome rewards:

Day 1 Rewards:

Redeeming the Day 1 code grants access to Timed Research featuring:

  • An encounter with a Sableye (Shadow Claw/Foul Play).
  • An Elite Charged TM.
  • Sableye caught during this research will know Shadow Claw/Foul Play.
  • Extra Candy XL (Trainers level 31+) for completing three-star Shadow Raids (Shadow Sableye may appear!).

Day 2 Rewards:

The Day 2 code unlocks Timed Research focused on building a Great League team. Choose from three options:

Team Option 1: Dunsparce, Mantine, Pancham

Team Option 2: Galarian Weezing, Skorupi, Chespin

Team Option 3: Jigglypuff, Shellos, Inkay

You'll also get 8,500 Stardust and increased Shiny encounter chances!
