Pokemon Go will host the Aquatic Paradise event in concert with the New York City Go Fest

Get ready for Pokémon Go Fest 2024: NYC and the Global Aquatic Paradise Event!

Pokémon Go Fest 2024 is hitting New York City from July 5th to 7th, but the fun doesn't stop there! A worldwide Aquatic Paradise event runs from July 6th to 9th, bringing the water-type Pokémon fun to trainers everywhere.

Expect increased wild encounters with water-type Pokémon like Horsea, Staryu, Wingull, and Ducklett. Using Incense will attract rarer Pokémon including Shellder, Lapras, Finneon, and Frillish, with a chance to find Shiny versions! And don't forget – catching Pokémon earns you 2x XP!

Field Research tasks will reward encounters with Corphish, Clamperl, Finneon, and Frillish. A collaborative Collection Challenge offers additional rewards and encounters.

For even more rewards, grab the $1.99 Timed Research. This unlocks quests focused on exploration and catching Pokémon, rewarding you with Ducklett encounters, Lucky Eggs, Incense, and Ducklett Candy.

NYC event ticket holders can redeem the code GOFEST2024 at the Pokémon Go Web Store for a free Premium Battle Pass and Incubator with any purchase.
