Goddess of Victory: NIKKE's Second Anniversary Celebration Unveiled!
Level Infinite and Shift Up have revealed exciting details for the upcoming second anniversary of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, as showcased during the "Celebration Star Under the Night Sky" livestream. Prepare for a blast from the past and a whole lot of new content!
Old Tales Event: A Century-Spanning Journey
The highlight is undoubtedly the "Old Tales" event, launching October 31st. This event plunges players a century into NIKKE's past, exploring the origins of the second-generation fairy tale models.
Cinderella takes center stage, starring in a new map featuring mirror and glass environments reflecting her emotional journey. Cinderella herself is a new addition to the gacha banner, also available from October 31st.
Players can also choose between Rapunzel: Pure Grace and Snow White: Innocent Days, both revealing crucial lore connected to RED ASH events. Finally, the enigmatic coffin-carrying character, Grave, joins the roster on November 7th.
The anniversary also introduces "In The Mirror," a new Metroidvania-style 2D action minigame. Furthermore, an anime adaptation inspired by the "Old Tales" event is in development.
A Wardrobe Refresh: New Skins and Outfits
The anniversary brings a stylish update with new skins, including Scarlet's Longing Flower, Isabel's Honeymoon Party, D's Secret Party Cleaner, and Cinderella's Glass Princess. See them all in action below!
New Chapters and a 3D Boss Await
Chapters 33 and 34 are on the horizon, introducing new challenges and a formidable new boss: Behemoth, the game's first fully 3D boss encounter. The Absolute Squad also receives a visual refresh in the key art, showcasing updated designs for Emma, Eunhwa, and Vesti.
