Netmarble’s Beat 'Em Up King Of Fighters ALLSTAR Is Shutting Down Soon

Netmarble's popular action RPG, King of Fighters ALLSTAR, is set to conclude its run on October 30th, 2024. This announcement, recently posted on Netmarble's official forums, marks the end of a six-year journey for the title. The in-game store has already been closed since June 26th, 2024.

The reasons behind the closure remain somewhat unclear. While developers hinted at a potential shortage of characters to adapt from the extensive King of Fighters franchise, other contributing factors likely played a role. Recent player feedback highlighted optimization issues and occasional crashes, which may have impacted the game's long-term viability. Despite these challenges, King of Fighters ALLSTAR achieved millions of downloads across Google Play and the App Store.

Players who haven't experienced the game yet still have approximately four months to enjoy its legendary fighters, dynamic combat, and engaging PvP battles. Download it from the Google Play Store before the servers shut down in October.

For those seeking alternative gaming experiences, consider exploring other recent Android game releases. For example, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery recently launched its Beyond Hogwarts Volume 2 update.
