Marvel Rivals Unveils Free Skin Release with Hidden Requirement

Marvel Rivals Season 1: New Content, Free Skins, and More!

Marvel Rivals' Season 1 launch has delivered a wealth of exciting new content for players. A highlight is the free Thor skin obtainable through the Midnight Features event. This event, centered around Dracula's attack on New York City and the Fantastic Four's intervention, unfolds over time, offering players a chance to earn this coveted "Reborn from Ragnarok" cosmetic featuring Thor's classic winged helmet.

Beyond the Thor skin, players can also acquire a free Iron Man skin by redeeming a code found on the game's social media channels. The season also introduces the new Doom Match mode, a free-for-all battle royale for 8-12 players, with the top half emerging victorious. Two new maps, Midtown and Sanctum Sanctorum, expand the game's locations.

A brand-new battle pass offers 10 original skins and other cosmetic rewards. Furthermore, Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are now playable characters, with Human Torch and The Thing anticipated in a future mid-season update. Players can purchase individual bundles for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman for 1,600 Units. Battle pass completion rewards players with 600 Units and 600 Lattice, the game's premium currency.

The Midnight Features event unfolds in chapters, with the initial quests available now, and subsequent chapters unlocking weekly. All quests and the Thor skin should be accessible by January 17th. Additionally, a free Hela skin is available via Twitch Drops. With its generous free rewards and exciting new content, Marvel Rivals Season 1 is off to a strong start.
