Marvel Rivals Reveals Invisible Woman Gameplay

Summary

  • Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four joins Marvel Rivals, alongside new maps, a game mode, and more, on January 10th.
  • A new video showcases Invisible Woman's strategic gameplay.
  • Dracula is the main antagonist of Season 1.

NetEase Games unveiled Invisible Woman's gameplay in Marvel Rivals. The Fantastic Four member joins the expanding roster, accompanied by new maps, a game mode, and a fresh battle pass in Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST.

While Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman debut in Season 1, Human Torch and The Thing will arrive later. NetEase Games confirmed seasons last approximately three months, with a significant mid-season update (six to seven weeks post-launch) introducing additional characters.

A gameplay video highlights Invisible Woman's abilities: a primary attack that damages enemies while healing allies, a knockback for close-range threats, invisibility, a double jump for mobility, and an ally-protecting shield. Her ultimate creates an area of invisibility, obscuring the battlefield from ranged attacks.

Another trailer showcased Mister Fantastic's gameplay, revealing a Duelist with stretching attacks and increased durability, potentially blending Vanguard and Duelist characteristics.

While many anticipate The Fantastic Four's arrival, some expected Blade in Season 1. Leaked game files contained information about Blade's abilities and model, fueling speculation, especially with Dracula as Season 1's antagonist. However, Blade's appearance will have to wait. Despite this, excitement remains high for future content.
